Part-Time Family Law Solicitor / Legal Executive Salisbury or Chippenham
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our friendly and established team on a part-time basis.
We are looking for a Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid experience in family law and a commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused advice.
The successful candidate will ideally be Resolution qualified/accredited, or have a strong commitment to the Resolution approach and the constructive resolution of family disputes.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload and advise clients across a range of family law matters, which may include:
- Divorce and separation
- Financial arrangements following relationship breakdown
- Private children matters
- Cohabitation and pre-nuptial agreements
- Domestic abuse and associated family proceedings
- Other private family law matters
You will be responsible for providing clear, practical and empathetic advice while maintaining a high standard of client care and professional service.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in family law
- Has strong technical knowledge and practical experience
- Is ideally Resolution qualified/accredited
- Can manage their own caseload with minimal supervision
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is commercially aware and committed to providing excellent client service
- Works collaboratively and would enjoy being part of a supportive team
