As a Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students, helping them engage confidently with their learning.

Work closely with teachers and school staff to create a safe, positive and stimulating learning environment.

Support teachers with planning and delivering interactive and engaging lessons.

Build positive and trusting relationships with students.

Encourage and motivate students to participate, develop their skills and achieve their potential.

Provide consistent support to help students overcome challenges and thrive in the classroom.
We're looking for someone who:

Is available Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm.

Has at least 6 months' experience working with children.

Has an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or is willing to apply for one.

Is passionate, patient and enthusiastic about supporting children and young people.

Has strong communication and teamwork skills.

Higher-level qualifications are preferred, but transferable experience will also be considered.
