Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in accordance with food safety standards
- Engage with guests to create a positive, energetic atmosphere and address any special requests or concerns
- Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks and practicing effective time management
- Verify guest identification to ensure responsible serving practices in compliance with legal regulations
- Assist in setting up, restocking supplies, and closing procedures to keep the venue running smoothly
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality and customer service, with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences
- Knowledge of food safety protocols to uphold health standards at all times
- Experience working in restaurants or bars, demonstrating familiarity with serving techniques and beverage preparation
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively without compromising service quality
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, tips, and inventory counts accurately
