Moxy Belfast City is on the lookout for Breakfast Chefs (part-time) to keep our buffet breakfast fresh, fun, and full of flavour.
If you’re a morning person who loves a fast-paced kitchen and knows how to keep guests smiling (and plates full), this gig’s for you.
Your morning mission:
- Prepare, cook, and present our buffet breakfast spread to Moxy standards
- Keep food replenished, fresh, and beautifully displayed throughout service
- Maintain top-notch cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Support with prep, deliveries, and stock rotation
- Jump in where needed — teamwork is everything at Moxy
- Bring personality and positivity to every shift
You’ll be great for the role if you:
- Have previous breakfast or kitchen experience (buffet or hotel experience is a big plus!)
- Are reliable, organised, and ready to shine in the morning rush
- Can work independently and as part of a small, energetic team
- Take pride in presentation, timing, and keeping things spotless
