What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Leading the team in the Head Chef’s absence
- Helping develop seasonal, innovative menus
- Ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
- Mentoring junior kitchen staff
