This is a field-based commercial role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on results, builds lasting customer relationships, and knows how to convert opportunities into long-term revenue.

- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing Multipanel customers across France and Switzerland, building deep, trust-based relationships at all levels.
- Actively prospecting and winning new business, targeting sign & display fabricators, printers, distributors, and ACM panel end-users.
- Building and maintaining a well-qualified sales pipeline, tracked accurately in the CRM system from first contact through to close.
- Meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Delivering compelling product presentations, demonstrations, and tailored commercial proposals to prospects and customers.
- Attending regional trade shows, industry events, and association meetings to build market presence and generate leads.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and providing actionable market intelligence to the Sales Director.
- Working closely with internal operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
- A minimum of 5 years' B2B field sales experience in building materials, industrial products, sign & display, print, or related manufactured goods.
- Proven success in both account management and new business development across a defined territory.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a self-directed, field-based commercial role.
- Native or fully fluent French (spoken and written) - essential for day-to-day customer activity across both territories.
- Strong working proficiency in English - required for internal communication with the European team and head office.
- Highly organised and self-motivated - able to manage a large territory independently with minimal supervision.
- Based within France, with the willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout France and Switzerland (approx. 50% field-based).
- Full driving licence.
- Experience selling ACM panels or sign-making substrates.
- An existing network within the French or Swiss sign & display or large format print market.
- Working knowledge of German or Italian for Swiss market coverage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- A commercially meaningful, high-autonomy field role with genuine impact on the growth of a well-established international business.
