Gas Safe Boiler Installer / Heating Engineer
Boiler Install is looking for an experienced and reliable Gas Safe Registered Heating Engineer to carry out boiler installations across London and surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, produces clean and professional installations, and is comfortable dealing directly with customers.
The role will primarily involve boiler replacements and new boiler installations, including:
- Like-for-like combi boiler replacements
- System and heat-only boiler replacements
- Combi conversions
- Boiler relocations
- Flue installation and alterations
- Magnetic filters and scale reducers
- Heating controls and smart thermostats
- System flushing and chemical treatment
- Pipework alterations associated with boiler installations
- Testing, commissioning and completion of relevant paperwork
- Leaving installations clean, tidy and professionally finished
Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be Gas Safe Registered with the appropriate qualifications
- Have proven experience carrying out boiler installations independently
- Have strong knowledge of current gas regulations and manufacturer’s installation requirements
- Produce a high standard of pipework and finishing
- Be reliable, punctual and professional with customers
- Have their own tools and suitable transport
- Be able to provide photographs/examples of previous boiler installations
- Hold appropriate public liability insurance if working on a subcontract basis
Experience installing Vaillant, Worcester Bosch and other leading boiler manufacturers would be beneficial.
