What the Role Involves
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals live safely and comfortably at home. Your day may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with meals, hydration, and medication prompts
- Helping with mobility and daily routines
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Supporting service users to maintain independence and enjoy everyday activities
- Building trusted relationships through consistent, person-centred care
Includes alternate weekends — flexibility to work weekends is essential.
