3DCM Ltd is a rapidly growing business, thriving in a busy composite industry. Working predominantly in the fast-paced F1/motorsport sector, 3DCM is in a position to further expand and welcomes applicants for the role of Trainee Composite Laminator.
Under the guidance and tuition of an experienced member of the team, the successful candidate will be learning how to manufacture composite moulds and components by hand. Working to tight tolerances and aesthetics, the individual must have a high level of attention to detail.
Full training, PPE and basic tool kit are supplied by 3DCM. The following personal characteristics are essential to be considered for this position:

Working Hours 1800-0600 Monday-Thursday. Overtime paid time + half.
We are situated in Lavant, a few miles north of Chichester, West Sussex.
Due to our location, there is a lack of public services and footpaths. You will need your own means of transport (motor vehicle/motorcycle)
