About the Role
We are looking for a high-energy and commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a business at the forefront of Digital Workers powered by Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI technology, helping organisations transform how they operate.
You will be based in our Cheadle (Stockport) office, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement across the UK and international markets.
Please note that this is a 100% office based role.

Key Responsibilities
Campaigns & Demand Generation
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, email, social, events) to drive brand awareness and lead generation
- Collaborate with sales teams to support pipeline growth and conversion activity
- Analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data insights
Content & Brand
- Create compelling marketing content including case studies, presentations, website content, and social media
- Support positioning and messaging aligned to target industries
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels
Market & Client Engagement
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Support engagement with senior stakeholders through campaigns and events
- Represent the business at industry events and conferences
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage digital channels including website, CRM, email campaigns, and social platforms
- Support SEO, paid media, and marketing automation initiatives
- Track KPIs and provide clear reporting on performance and ROI
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing with commercial goals
- Manage external agencies where required
- Maintain CRM data and campaign workflows
Travel Requirements
- Travel within the UK and occasionally overseas for events and client engagement

What We’re Looking For
- Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing (B2B or technology preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaigns, and content creation
- Commercial mindset with ability to link marketing activity to results
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident, professional and able to engage with senior stakeholders
- Must be able to work on-site in Cheadle
- Willingness to travel for events and meetings
