Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Front of House Team Members to join the Huong Viet family.
Huong Viet is an award-winning halal Vietnamese restaurant bringing authentic flavours and warm Vietnamese hospitality to London. With restaurants in both Shoreditch and Fitzrovia, we’re looking for people who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Take food and drink orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our menu and make recommendations.
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented.
- Process payments accurately.
- Work closely with the kitchen and fellow team members.
- Help create a positive dining experience for every guest.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a busy restaurant.
- Strong teamwork and reliability.
- Good spoken English.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£13.00 per hour
