At Pollok Dental Care, we're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and motivated Lead Dental Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team on a full-time basis (Monday–Friday).

What you'll be doing:
- Leading and supporting our team of dental nurses to ensure the highest clinical standards.
- Chairside assistance across a wide range of NHS and private treatments.
- Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring surgeries run efficiently.
- Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining inventory.
- Ensuring compliance and cross-infection control standards.
- Supporting practice audits, quality assurance and clinical governance.
- Assisting with nurse rotas and helping coordinate the smooth running of the clinical team.
- Mentoring, training and supporting new and existing team members.
- Maintaining excellent patient care and creating a welcoming, professional environment.
- Working closely with the Practice Manager and clinicians to continually improve the patient experience.
What we're looking for:
- GDC registered Dental Nurse.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead nursing role is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with strong leadership qualities.
- A team player who enjoys helping others succeed.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
