Seasonal full time roles & part time until Mid‑September
Pembrokeshire Ice Cream Co is hiring friendly, reliable staff for the 2026 summer season on Tenby’s beaches. We are a long‑established local business serving ice cream, lollies and refreshments to thousands of visitors each summer.
Positions available
Ice cream van drivers (23+)
Must hold a full UK driving licence
Minimum 2 years’ driving experience required
About the role
Seasonal work until late‑September
Shifts typically 5–7 hours per day
Weekend availability required
Outdoor, customer‑facing roles in a busy beach environment.
Key responsibilities,
Serving ice creams, lollies and refreshments,
Providing friendly, efficient customer service.
Handling cash and card payments.
Keeping the kiosk/van clean, tidy
Safely operating an ice cream van

Positive, approachable attitude. Reliability and good timekeeping.
Ability to work independently.
Flexibility with working hours.
Confidence working in a fast paced environment.
For drivers - competent, safe driving in busy areas
