Experienced Bartender
Al Duomo Restaurant is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in Brighton.
We're looking for someone who is organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently while maintaining high standards. You'll have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve drinks to a consistently high standard.
- Mix cocktails and demonstrate a good knowledge of classic drink recipes.
- Ensure smooth and efficient bar service.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and fully stocked.
- Deliver friendly, professional service to guests.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 years' bar experience.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails and drink preparation.
- Available to work 30 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
