SALES AND LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR
We are currently seeking a dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in facilitating property sales and lettings, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of their business.
- BASIC: UP TOP £28,000 + COMMISSION £60,000 ON TARGET EARNINGS

**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers and tenants
- Negotiate sales and rental agreements with clients
- Manage enquiries from prospective buyers and tenants
- Liaise with landlords and vendors to arrange property listings
- Maintain accurate records of property listings and client interactions
- Assist in marketing properties through various channels
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or letting process
**Qualifications:**
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in real estate or sales is desirable
- Administrative skills for managing documentation and client records
