Our hospitality team is made up of 4 team members, providing a high standard of service to clients, visitors, and colleagues. This is a Monday to Friday role with no weekend work, offering weekly rotating shifts.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, adapting to different situations with a positive attitude.

What you’ll be doing…
As a Hospitality Assistant you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team.
- Ensure the food is to the highest standard
- Ensure the pantry area is always clean, well presented and well-stocked
- Ensure thorough and up to date knowledge and understanding of menu in order to provide relevant information to customers and clients
- Be responsible for smooth operation of relevant equipment reporting any maintenance issues in line with procedures
- Operate the till point as required, ensuring correct procedures are used
- Ensure that COSHH, Food Safety and Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and any incidents are reported in line with procedures
Working Pattern:
- Monday to Friday based on 40 hours per week, rotating shift 7:00-15:30 / 8:30 - 17:00 / 10:00 - 18:30
