We're looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer support via email, telephone, Live Chat, social media and in our showroom.
- Assisting customers with product enquiries before and after purchase.
- Processing orders, returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations.
- Investigating and resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally.
- Tracking customer orders and providing delivery updates.
- Liaising with couriers and third-party service providers.
- Working closely with our in-house technicians to diagnose and resolve product issues.
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions using our internal systems.
- Delivering a positive customer experience on every interaction.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident telephone manner with strong listening skills.
- Friendly, patient and professional approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident using computers and learning new systems.
- A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am – 5:00pm
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
This is a full-time, office-based position.
