As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the pastry section, helping deliver consistently high standards across all areas of the hotel's food offering.
This role would suit a passionate Pastry Chef de Partie looking to further develop within a professional and supportive environment.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Prepare and present desserts to a consistently high standard
- Assist with the creation of seasonal pastry menus
- Produce breads, pastries, and afternoon tea items
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Support the wider kitchen team when required
- Ensure consistency, organisation, and attention to detail throughout service
