We are looking for a reliable, hands-on individual to join our busy team as a full-time Yard Assistant. This is a varied role with duties changing day to day, including:
Helping to maintain our hire boat fleet, including sanding, painting, woodwork, and cleaning
Being trained to drive the fleet and assist customers with demonstrations
General maintenance around the site such as mowing, painting, sweeping, and other tasks as needed
Experience in painting and slipway operations would be highly beneficial.
Requirements:
Flexibility to work weekends, particularly during our high season (April–October)
Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks
Friendly, approachable manner for dealing with customers
Wage: Depending on experience
Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: From £508.40 per week
