Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. Your hands-on approach
Duties
- Operate production machinery accurately and efficiently to meet daily output targets
- Monitor the production process, making adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas, performing basic mechanical troubleshooting when necessary
- Maintain detailed records of production activities, including batch numbers and process logs
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation tasks to uphold hygiene standards in the manufacturing environment
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve overall production flow
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with machinery operation preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Ability to perform basic Math calculations accurately for measurements and inventory checks
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies
