We’re seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our Complex Care team in Lewes, supporting young adults with highly complex clinical needs within their own homes.
This is not routine care. This is specialist, relationship-based care delivered, where continuity, compassion and clinical confidence make all the difference.
About the Role
You’ll be supporting young people with complex neurological and physical health needs, including individuals who may be non-verbal or living with Epilepsy and Autism.
This role requires a high level of clinical awareness, confidence and professionalism in delivering care such as:
- PEG feeding and enteral nutrition
- Nebuliser administration
- Medication support
- Bowel management
You will work closely with our Complex Care Lead Nurse and wider clinical team to ensure safe, effective and personalised care delivery.

What You Can Expect From Us
Hours Available:
- Monday to Friday – 7:30am to 7:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
Support and supervision from our Complex Care Lead Nurse
Ongoing clinical guidance from our operations and nursing teams
Competitive rates - £15 per hour
Flexible shifts - weekdays and weekends available

Required Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant within complex care
Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above preferred)
Diploma in a relevant health or social subject (desirable)
Commitment to delivering client-specific care
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
You must have the right to work in the UK.
