Operations Manager – Digital Media & Content

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a fast-growing digital brand and play a key role in scaling the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on organisation, problem-solving, and building efficient systems. You’ll work closely with the founders, ensuring projects move forward, teams stay aligned, and day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the founders to plan, organise, and execute new projects
Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they stay on track
Improving and maintaining operational systems and workflows across the business
Coordinating content shoots and production schedules
Assigning responsibilities and ensuring clear ownership across the team
Monitoring deadlines, identifying bottlenecks, and proactively resolving issues
Keeping teams accountable and following up on outstanding tasks
Ensuring communication flows effectively between departments
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and implement better processes
Acting as the central point of coordination for business operations

Required Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Business Operations, or similar role
Excellent organisational and project management skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving skills
Confident making decisions and taking ownership of projects
Strong attention to detail
Experience using project management tools such as Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar
Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
