Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrative Support Assistant to join a well-established and growing business. This is a varied role offering exposure to support our very busy sales team.
Working closely with the Office Manager, CEO and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate processes are followed and an excellent level of customer service.
This position would suit someone looking to develop their abilities in order processing, customer communication and team work within a dynamic commercial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing sales orders and pro forma invoices.
- Answering inbound telephone calls and directing queries appropriately.
- Responding to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Responding to internal queries from sales, logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams.
- Liaising between logistics, accounts, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Completing and distributing weekly operational reports.
- Supporting the sales team with general administration duties.
- Updating and maintaining customer records within Business Central/CRM systems.
- Assisting with shipment tracking and delivery queries.
- Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring customer responses are actioned promptly.
- Processing customer payments.
- Document management - Scanning, uploading, and maintaining company documentation within SharePoint.

· Contract: Permanent, Full Time
· Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
· Location: Office Based, in person, Runcorn, Cheshire
· Annual Leave: 24 days per annum, rising to 28 days per annum plus Bank holidays
Pay: £25,000.00 per year
