We are a small, values-driven food manufacturing business producing 100% natural bone broth for humans and pets.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on person to support our production lead each morning. This role is essential to our operation, we need someone who takes pride in turning up, working well, and doing a job properly.
This is not a “fill time” role. It suits someone who:
- Likes routine and clear expectations
- Enjoys practical, physical work
- Takes cleanliness and food safety seriously
- Is dependable and punctual
The Role
You will support daily production from 9am–12pm, primarily with:
- Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas (this is a core part of the role)
- Packaging bone broth and finished products
- Assisting with basic production tasks
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
Some days are repetitive. Some days are busy. You’ll be working closely with one person in a calm but focused environment.
About You
This role will suit you if:

- You are physically able to be on your feet and lift light-to-moderate weights
- You are detail-oriented and don’t cut corners
- You are comfortable with cleaning as part of your daily work

- You have a history of poor attendance
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday, 9am–12pm
- Part-time, permanent for the right person
- £13 per hour
- Immediate start available
