What You’ll Do
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of young people, supporting their development and wellbeing. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating structure and encouraging the development of essential life skills
- Supporting engagement in education, training, or employment
- Providing emotional support with consistency and compassion
- Promoting independence, resilience, and positive self-esteem
- Ensuring care delivery is aligned with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, providing the care and guidance young people need to build a better future.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting children or young people (especially those with EBD or complex needs)
- A calm, proactive, and emotionally resilient approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Willingness to work towards a Level 4 Residential Childcare qualification
