We are looking for enthusiastic, professional, and experienced waiting staff to join our busy and friendly hospitality team based on the banks of Blackwater Estuary.
About the Role
As a member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience, and supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and seating customers
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Serving meals and beverages efficiently
- Handling customer enquiries professionally
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
- Processing payments and assisting with table turnover
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, pub, or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong teamwork skills
