Global Wine Solutions (GWS) is looking for a bright, motivated and detail-oriented intern to support the development of CruSmart, our yacht inventory and management platform used by some of the world’s leading superyachts.
This role is designed for a forward-thinking individual looking to develop practical business, technology and office skills within a young, entrepreneurial company operating in the luxury yachting sector.
The Role
Working alongside the CruSmart team, you will help maintain and develop the platform through:
- Data entry and validation
- Importing and organising product information
- Excel-based data management
- Testing and quality control of new platform features
About You
You will be:
- Highly organised and detail-focused
- Confident using Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with data
- Curious, proactive and keen to learn
- Interested in technology, business or operations
Previous office experience is not required.

Commitment
- Based in our Bristol office
- Approximately 16 hours per week
