About us
Windsor and Eton Brewery, or "webrew" for short, was founded in 2009 by four friends, keen to put great beer back on the map of Windsor. this small and people - led business brews quality and flavoursome beer, stocking pubs and supermarkets nationwide.
In 2015, the directors of Windsor and Eton Brewery acquired The George Inn Eton to continue making beer Windsor`s biggest attraction.
The Inn was originally build in around 1750 with traditional Georgian construction of solid brickwork, timber framed floors and a pitched tiled floor.

Key responsibilities ( the list is not exhaustive):
- Support chefs in a specific work section.
- Wash, peel and prepare food items.
- Use a variety of kitchen equipment such as mixers, special knives and cutters.
- Unload deliveries.
- Organise the storeroom.
- Wash kitchen appliances, work surfaces, floors and walls.
Experience and skills
- The ability to adhering to the company’s rules and regulations on policies and procedures relating to fire, hygiene, health & safety, and licensing regulations
- To be flexible in your approach, and able to assist the chefs and any other members of the kitchen brigade when required
- A team player who thrives in the hustle and bustle of a busy kitchen department
- Please note, this role requires flexibility with regards to working hours and willingness to work when required
