Matrix Alliance is a fast-growing direct sales and brand ambassador company based in Leicester, working with well-known clients across the UK. We're expanding our internal team and looking for a driven, people-focused Recruiter to join us full time and help grow our talent pipeline.
As a Recruiter at Matrix Alliance, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to support our growing sales and brand ambassador teams. You'll work closely with our internal team to identify talent, manage the candidate journey from first contact through to placement, and help maintain a strong, consistent pipeline of quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking. Screening CVs and conducting initial phone or video interviews. Managing candidate pipelines and keeping accurate records. Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. Building and maintaining strong candidate relationships throughout the process. Supporting onboarding and induction for successful candidates. Contributing to employer branding and recruitment marketing content. Meeting weekly and monthly recruitment targets.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, or a fast-paced customer-facing role (12+ months preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and roles at once.
- Confident using CVs, spreadsheets, and basic recruitment or CRM software. Self-motivated with a proactive, target-driven attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Full right to work in the UK. Must be able to commute to our Leicester office.
