Multi-Trader / Skilled Tradesperson

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, reliable Multi-Trader to join our team, working across residential extension and renovation projects.
You will focus primarily on high-quality indoor installations and structural conversions, including bathrooms, garage conversions, kitchen fitting and Landscaping. Please note that bricklaying is not required for this position, as external masonry work is handled separately.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering high-standard kitchen and bathroom installations from start to finish.
- Executing full garage conversions, including studwork, insulation, wall lining, and finishing.
- Supporting various internal first- and second-fix tasks on home extensions (carpentry, plasterboarding, tiling, and basic plumbing/decorating).
- Working efficiently to keep projects running on schedule and within scope.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional job site while representing the company with customers.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Multi-Trader or Skilled Tradesperson in residential building works.
- Strong practical skills in carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, tiling and landscaping.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality finishes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a site team.
- Valid UK Driving Licence (and own tools, if applicable).
