Position: Part-Time Server
Location: Red Door Chester
Hours: Late night, including weekends and holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take drink orders and enter them into the POS system
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries
- Ensure timely delivery of drinks to tables
- Maintain cleanliness of the guest areas
- Handle customer payments and operate the cash register
- Work as part of a team to provide an exceptional guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Confident interacting with guests and making product recommendations
- Flexibility with hours, including weekends and evenings
- Team player with a willingness to learn
