ROLE: SUPPORT WORKER
PAY: £12.71 per hour

About the Role
We’re looking for a compassionate, hands-on Support Worker to join a dynamic care team where no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting residents in a 2:1 care environment, helping them live safely, confidently, and as independently as possible.
This is a role for someone who doesn’t just “do care” — but brings energy, patience, and positivity into every interaction.
You’ll be supporting with:
- Personal care (with dignity and respect always at the centre)
- Community outings and activities
- Daily routines and emotional support
- Working closely in a 2:1 support model
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for someone confident and trained in:
- Medication Management
- Buccal Administration Training
- Moving & Handling
- Epilepsy Awareness
- All Mandatory Training up to date
Certifications in these areas are essential to ensure safe, high-quality care.
