Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with food safety standards
- Ensure the kitchen area is clean and organised
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals promptly
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook or similar role within a restaurant setting
- Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
