We are seeking a Supported Accommodation Manager to oversee our residential services in the UK. Based in the local area, this role is vital in ensuring high-quality care and support for our residents while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the supported accommodation team to deliver exceptional care services.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Oversee daily operations of the residence, including staff supervision and resident welfare.
- Foster a positive environment that encourages recovery and independence.
- Liaise with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and families as needed.
- Monitor service quality through audits and feedback mechanisms.

- Qualifications

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin & Support Manager to join our supported accommodation service.
This is a key operational role responsible for managing tenant onboarding and offboarding, Housing Benefit administration, compliance requirements, and maintaining accurate records across the service.
The role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining audit-ready systems, and supporting the delivery of a structured and compliant supported accommodation service.
This is not a general admin role. It requires strong organisational ability, the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, and a high level of accountability.
Duties
Tenant Management
- Manage tenant onboarding (move-ins) and ensure all documentation is completed promptly
- Process tenant offboarding (move-outs) and update all systems accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records at all times
Housing Benefit Administration
- Submit Housing Benefit claims within required timeframes
- Monitor and update claim statuses daily
- Chase outstanding claims and follow up with local authorities
- Resolve issues and escalate where necessary
- Submit cessations on tenant move-out
Compliance & Notifications
- Submit all required move-in and move-out notifications on the same day
- Maintain accurate logs of all submissions
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and external requirements
File & Record Management
- Maintain structured digital files for all tenants
- Ensure all required documents are present and correctly stored
- Conduct regular checks to ensure files are audit-ready
Session Documentation
- Produce structured support session notes daily
- Ensure all documentation is clear, professional, and compliant
- Upload all records to the correct tenant files
- Identify and escalate any safeguarding concerns
System Management
- Maintain and update internal logs, including:
- Tenant profiles
- Housing Benefit tracker
- Maintenance
- Notification log
- Ensure all data is accurate and updated daily
Maintenance Coordination
- Log maintenance issues reported from properties
- Assign priority levels and track procress
- Follow up on outstanding issues and escalate urgent matters
Issue Management & Escalation
- Identify and log operational issues
- Escalate critical issues to management promptly
- Maintain clear records of all actions taken
Requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Desirable
- Experience in supported accommodation, housing, or social care
- Understanding of Housing Benefit processes
- Experience working in a compliance-driven environment
