Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Painter and Decorator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality internal and external decorative finishes across various [domestic / commercial / new-build] projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong work ethics, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities
- Preparation: San surfaces, and fill holes or cracks to ensure a flawless base.
- Application: Apply primers, undercoats, and finishing coats of paint using brush And rollers
- Safety & Equipment: Erect and work safely from ladders, scaffolding towers, and steps while adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
- Material Estimation: Calculate material quantities and paint volumes required for ordering materials
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years of professional painting and decorating experience.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 in Painting and Decorating, City & Guilds, or equivalent time-served experience.
- Licence: A valid, full UK driving licence is required.
- Safety: Valid CSCS card (highly preferred for commercial sites).
- Skills: Excellent eye for detail, good time-management skills, and a friendly, customer-facing manner.
Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
