About the Role
We are looking for a confident, motivated and personable Property Viewing Officer to join our growing supported accommodation team.
In this role, you will be responsible for meeting prospective residents at our properties, conducting viewings, answering any questions they may have, and guiding them through the sign-up process. Your goal is to provide an excellent viewing experience and maximise occupancy by converting booked viewings into successful move-ins.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled property viewings with prospective residents.
- Welcome applicants and provide a professional, friendly viewing experience.
- Explain the property, facilities, house rules and licence agreement.
- Answer questions and address any concerns applicants may have.
- Build rapport with prospective residents and encourage them to sign up.
- Guide applicants through the sign-up and move-in process.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Update viewing outcomes and resident information on the company CRM.
- Liaise with the office team regarding successful sign-ups and move-ins.
- Work towards occupancy and conversion targets.

- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable
- Experience in sales, customer service, estate agency, lettings or housing.
- Experience conducting appointments, consultations or viewings.
- Experience working within supported accommodation or social housing.
