The role:
- Supporting fee earners across a varied family law caseload, including divorce, financial remedy, and children matters
- Drafting correspondence, court documents, and statements
- Preparing and managing bundles for hearings
- Liaising sensitively with clients, often during difficult and emotional circumstances
- Conducting legal research and assisting with case preparation
- Managing deadlines, diaries, and file administration
What our client is looking for:
- Previous experience in a family law team (desirable)
- Law degree or LPC/SQE (or working towards) advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and a genuinely empathetic approach
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
