We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team in a combined Ecommerce and Sales Administration role. You will be responsible for managing our online sales channels, creating and maintaining product listings, and providing general administrative support to the sales team.

Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesEcommerce & Online Sales
- Manage and maintain product listings across multiple platforms including eBay, Amazon, Back Market, and any other relevant sales channels.
- Take clear, professional photographs of stock items for use in listings.
- Write accurate and compelling product descriptions, ensuring all listings are up to date.
- Monitor stock levels and update listing quantities as required.
- Ensure pricing is competitive and consistent across all platforms.
Customer Communication
- Respond promptly and professionally to all customer enquiries across all online sales platforms.
- Handle returns, refund requests, and complaints in line with company policy.
- Maintain positive seller ratings and feedback scores.
Sales Administration
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team as required.
- Assist with processing orders and coordinating with despatch.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and report on performance.
- Carry out any other reasonable administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the sales operation.
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Comfortable taking product photographs and editing images if required.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
Desirable
- Previous experience in a sales support or admin role.
- Familiarity with refurbished or second-hand technology sales.
- Experience with inventory or order management systems.
- Experience using eBay, Amazon, Back Market, or similar ecommerce platforms.

Pay: £24,785.00-£28,000.00 per year
