We are currently recruiting Support Workers to assist adults with learning difficulties in community, respite and residential settings in Pembroke.
Key responsibilities are:
- To promote and respect the rights of service users to lead independent lifestyles,
- To follow agreed plans of care for all service users,
- To ensure that high standards of care are maintained at all times,
- To involve and encourage service users to participate in all aspects of the running of their homes,
- To provide personal care where applicable,
- To support service users in accessing community services to meet their needs.
From £14 per hour & excellent sleep rates
Hours are based on a shift rota which includes day, evening, night, weekend and bank holiday work.
Part time and full time hours available.
Driving License is essential.
Applicants must be able to work weekends, bank holidays and nights.
This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
