Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer. This pivotal role involves managing a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and facilitating effective communication within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Duties
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements, daily reminders.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Handle incoming correspondence via email, phone calls, and other channels.
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
- Assist with organising company events and meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
- Support the CEO with personal administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience, preferably in an office environment or as an assistant
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Good clerical experience including filing, document management, and correspondence handling
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities
- Organised approach to work with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality
Pay: From £15.00 per hour
