About the Role
We are looking for an Event Sales Merchandise Assistant who is energetic, reliable, and customer-focused individuals to join our event retail team this summer selling merchandise at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh
Event Date: 14th June - Pay Rates depending on age
Key Responsibilities
- Selling official Merchandise at the music event
- Handling cash and card transactions accurately
- Setting up and packing down merchandise stands
- Providing excellent customer service under pressure
- Following procedures like dress code, customer etiquette, safety regulations, and other precautions and requirements.
Requirement
- Retail or hospitality experience is preferred but a hardworking and positive, can-do attitude, is most important
