Overview
We are looking for a reliable, hands on individual to join our Customer Fulfilment team on an initial 4-month contract, with the opportunity to progress to a permanent position following a successful review.
This role will primarily support the fulfilment of wholesale and commercial customer orders, ensuring products are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and to a consistently high standard. Unlike individual customer orders, these larger volume orders require excellent organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy.
Working as part of our Customer Fulfilment team, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition.

Comfortable working on your feet throughout the day, you'll be highly organised, methodical and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Above all, we're looking for a reliable individual with excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic and the ability to work efficiently whilst handling larger and more complex orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and fulfilling trade, wholesale and commercial customer orders.
- Picking products accurately from across our product range.
- Packing customer orders safely and efficiently to a high standard.
- Verifying quantities, product codes and order details prior to dispatch.
- Ensuring orders are dispatched accurately and within required timescales.
- Carrying out quality checks to maintain high standards of accuracy.
- Working towards daily productivity targets whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Supporting other Customer Fulfilment activities as required.
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised.
- Following procedures, guidance and Health & Safety requirements at all times.
- Keeping informed on all relevant risk assessment and adhere to all Health & Safety measures in place.
Experience, Requirements & Attributes
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Previous experience within warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or retail operations would be advantageous.
- Experience handling larger-volume orders or stock quantities would be beneficial.
- Confident working with product codes, quantities and order information.
- Able to work accurately and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
- Flexible, reliable and dependable.
- A strong work ethic and self motivated attitude.
- Comfortable carrying out practical, hands on tasks throughout the working day.
- Customer-focused with a positive, can do attitude.
- The successful candidate must have the Right to Work in the UK.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bourne PE10 9WG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Warehouse: 3 years (preferred)
