Business Development Executive - Full-time
Remote working in Sheffield, commuting to the surrounding areas and occasionally our head office in Epsom.
Monday - Friday (9:00 - 17:30)
£25,000 - £30,000 base salary (+ uncapped commission with an OTE of £40,000-£50,000)
We are a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Surveyors seeking a proactive and confident Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong communication skills and a drive to build lasting relationships within the property sector.
The Role:
- Proactively contact estate and letting agents to generate new revenue through referrals.
- Develop and manage our referral program, building strong and trusted partnerships.
- Build relationships with mortgage brokers, financial advisers, relocation agents, and other professionals who regularly require surveying services.
- Identify new business opportunities across residential and commercial property sectors.
- Make confident outbound calls and manage ongoing business development campaigns.
- Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and client functions – and take the lead in organising events when required.
- Collaborate with the wider team to strengthen brand presence and support marketing initiatives.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in estate agency, lettings, or another property-related business development role is highly desirable but not necessary.
- Confident, personable, and professional communicator with a great phone manner.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Motivated, proactive, and able to work independently to drive results.
