We are looking for a male support worker who is a confident driver, holding a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle. Driving is essential as you will be supporting an individual both in their home and out in the community.

What You’ll Be Doing
Your role will follow the person’s own routines, preferences, and goals. Tasks may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity and respect
- Supporting with day‑to‑day activities such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals and light household tasks
- Safely administering medication in line with care plans
- Offering companionship, emotional reassurance and encouragement
- Promoting independence and choice wherever possible
- Noticing and reporting changes in wellbeing to the appropriate professionals
- Supporting engagement in meaningful activities at home and within the community
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Caring, patient and person‑centred
- A clear communicator who can build trust and positive relationships
- Confident supporting individuals with a variety of care needs
Desirable experience includes:
- Personal care
- Dementia care
- First Aid
- Medication administration
- Assisted or supported living
- Hospice or end‑of‑life care
(Experience is helpful but not essential — we provide full training.)
