- Kitchen Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the breakfast kitchen, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate breakfast service efficiently.
- Quality Control:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all breakfast items meet the hotel's standards for taste, appearance, and temperature.
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to food quality promptly.
- Guest Interaction:
- Interact with guests to understand their preferences and dietary restrictions, providing personalized breakfast recommendations when necessary.
- Handle special requests and accommodate dietary needs with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
- Compliance with Health and Safety Standards:
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef or a similar role in a reputable hotel or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of breakfast culinary techniques, recipes, and presentation.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
