Following the successful merger of our Brighton and Uckfield agencies, we are continuing to grow and are looking for a friendly, professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor.
About the role:
Based primarily from our Hove office, you will play an important role in supporting our clients and helping to deliver the high standards of service for which we are known. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients, handling a wide range of enquiries relating to motor, personal and commercial insurance policies. Whether speaking with clients over the phone, responding to emails or assisting with policy administration, you will ensure every interaction is helpful, professional and efficient. You will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, servicing existing insurance policies, assisting clients with policy changes and renewals, handling general administration, maintaining accurate customer records and building strong relationships with our clients.
About you:
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. Our clients expect a high level of attention and professionalism, so you will be approachable, organised and confident when dealing with customers.- Previous customer service experience is essential. Insurance experience would be an advantage but is not required as full training will be provided. You will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload.
The successful candidate will be friendly, personable, proactive and positive in their approach. They will enjoy working as part of a team and be motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the agency.

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. While the role is based in Hove, there will be occasional travel to our Uckfield office as required.
