Job Summary
In-House Dedicated Training Facilitator & Assessor providing employers and apprentices with a single, embedded training professional who supports
apprenticeships, internal training, upskilling, compliance, and professional development; all aligned directly to business and apprentice needs.
A flexible, hybrid role designed to provide one point of contact; improve consistency; provide on hand support to apprentices, mentors and managers
where required. Being a single point of accountability

The trainer becomes an extension of the employer, understanding their culture, operations and workforce. Delivering training that is relevant, timely,
and practical.
Responsibilities
Specific Duties
The trainer’s occupational background and qualifications are matched to the programmes being delivered, ensuring expertise and credibility in every area.
Delivery may include:
- Logistics
- Warehousing, Supply Chain & Manufacturing
- Employer Internal training
· Deliver engaging, industry-relevant training sessions covering warehousing, logistics, supply chain operations, and basic manufacturing practices
· Plan and deliver learning using a variety of teaching methods.
· Ensure all training aligns with apprenticeship standards, and EPAO requirements.
· Monitor and track learner progress, setting SMART targets and completing regular reviews.
· Mark and provide feedback on assignments, workplace evidence, and online submissions.
· Prepare apprentices for End-Point Assessment through mock assessments and guiding them through requirements.
Requirements
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Ability to engage learners across all roles and levels
- Excellent communication and employer engagement
- Knowledge of adult learning and blended delivery methods
- Strong organisational, IT, and reporting skills
- Adaptable across classroom, workplace, and virtual environments
- A proven track record of managing change, developing, and implementing policies and procedures.
- A comprehensive understanding of Bootcamp, AEB and Apprenticeship provision
- Excellent IT skills
- An un-rivalled ability to commit to and deliver on stretching KPIs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £28,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Killingworth NE12 5YD
