Description
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Graduate Audit Trainee to join our team in Bingham. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is keen to start a career in audit and accountancy within a supportive professional practice environment.
You will gain hands‑on experience working with a wide range of clients while studying towards a recognised professional qualification, with full training and mentoring provided
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with audit assignments from planning through to completion
Preparing audit working papers and supporting documentation
Testing financial information and controls under supervision
Working directly with clients and responding to basic queries
Supporting senior team members and Audit Managers on engagements
Building an understanding of accounting and audit standards
Studying towards a professional qualification (e.g. ACA or ACCA)
Key Requirements
A degree (or predicted 2:1 or above) in any discipline
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Additional Requirements
A degree in accounting, finance, business or a related subject
Previous work experience in a professional or office environment
