We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Retail Manager to lead our store and inspire our team. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
Full Time (37.5 hours) permanent
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
· Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team
· Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
· Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance
· Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control
· Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and compliant with company policies
· Recruit, train, and schedule staff
· Key Holder
Requirements:
· Previous experience in retail management
· Strong leadership and communication skills
· Excellent customer service and sales abilities
· Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
· Good organisational and problem-solving skills
· Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required
