We're a growing interior fit-out contractor delivering commercial projects nationwide
As our workload continues to increase, we're looking for an ambitious Assistant Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to work directly alongside the business owner.
This isn't a corporate role where you'll be stuck measuring the same package every day. You'll be involved in estimating, quantity surveying, procurement, commercial administration and the day-to-day running of a growing business.

What you'll be doing
- Preparing quotations and estimates.
- Measuring drawings and carrying out quantity take-offs.
- Reading architectural and construction drawings.
- Producing RAMS and project documentation.
- Ordering materials and obtaining supplier quotations.
- Assisting with procurement.
- Supporting project delivery from enquiry through to completion.
- Visiting sites when required.
- Helping improve systems as the business continues to grow.
We're looking for someone who
- Has around 1–3 years' experience within construction.
- Has some estimating or quantity surveying experience (preferred but not essential).
- Can confidently read construction drawings.
- Is organised, reliable and keen to learn.
- Has good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude. We can teach you our systems and the way we work, but we're looking for someone who is hardworking, takes pride in what they do and wants to build a long-term career.
